David practices in the area of corporate immigration law, providing counsel to domestic and multinational clients concerning employment-based visas and permanent residency. He works with companies to develop strategic planning regarding all matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law, with particular focus on the technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and entertainment industries. David regularly handles cases before USCIS, Immigration Court, the Administrative Appeals Office, and Federal Court. His immigration practice also includes matters such as removal defense and family immigration. David has assisted hundreds of individuals and families in obtaining citizenship, permanent residency, work permits, and visas.
David holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, David served as Lead Editor on the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law and as Research Editor on the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. David graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. David is a member of the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and in the Executive Office for Immigration Review Immigration Court.
